What to do With Phoenix Bank Owned Homes
Don’t look at my bank owned pages. Not for a couple of days. I beg you. Even if you have the password for the few that still are protected, there’s nothing to see there.
I’m not kidding.
There could be something there. All it would take is for the Arizona Regional MLS’ board of directors to approve the use of the “Miscellaneous” field in IDX feeds. That is the category that includes the “Lender Owned Property” field.
I can use separate software to run the lists. I then can format the data either into a table through Dreamweaver or into a ZeeMap friendly CSV file through Microsoft Excel and turn the raw data into something useful to my readers.
What I can’t do is automate the system. And given there haven’t been a lot of three-hour blocks of time to spare over the past couple of months, the pages are suffering from severe deferred maintenance. They’re handyman’s specials, as it were.
I’ve debated daily posts with new listings, but there’s not going to be anything that goes back and eliminates the old. I could do it on a map, but that will mean I’ll soon have about 10,000 ZeeMaps under my sign-on. Which is a bit much.
Would a daily list of new bank owned listings help? You tell me.
