Am I the last one to post this video? It certainly seems that way.

What was remarkable about the 2007 NAR Convention (from what I’ve been told since I say this one out) was the presence of the real estate bloggers. Just a year ago the bloggers were completely unheard from and nearly unheard of. Not so anymore, to the point there were segments dedicated to the idea of real estate blogging.

Maybe the wave’s cresting and a new one’s on the way … even so, these are the faces you’ll see riding the new wave whatever that may be.

Just read on Agent Genius that B.R.’s being charged $30 for a mandatory “NAR Image Campaign” and another $36 for what I’m assuming is a similar campaign for the Austin Board of Realtors.

I’ve not seen my bill come yet (usually comes in December) but if NAR is looking for a cost-effective image campaign, I’ve got three words that will do the trick:

Fire Lawrence Yun.

If that’s not sufficient here are two more words that will help both NAR and those of us out on the front lines trying to unspin the spin:

Stop lying.

Hell, I didn’t even have to charge my members an extra $30 to come up with that. I’m just that good.
