“And make sure Daddy’s slowed the car down to at least 50 …”

“That’s a great picture of the RV gate! Oh … you meant to get the house?”

“Is there a sinkhole …”

“… or am I parked on a hill? (The grass looks great, though, doesn’t it?)”

“We’re almost there, babe … the shadow’s my fault.”

“Just missed the peak of the house and the rotation’s off slightly … but it’s better than 80% of the photos on the MLS.

“Nice work, kiddo. Let’s head over to Build-A-Bear.”

I’m thinking some of my screeds, NAR and otherwise, might have found a new home on the AgentGenius blog (nee REALT**Genius).

Then again, if I move the screeds, what am I going to write about here? I’d love to be purely local but that’s just not me, kids. Get your local knowledge and also get a peek behind the curtain at the glamorous real estate life.

Not that you, my readers, don’t work hard. But as Kris pointed out earlier, few do so while simultaneously having everything including your parents’ marital status at the time of your birth questioned.

In any event, if AgentGenius isn’t in your RSS reader, get it in there. I’m worth it.
