Dalton’s Arizona Homes: On Video?
At today’s Arizona Real Estate Educators Association meeting, one of the speakers discussed a website through which you could record your own video and imbed said video directly into your blog, website, what-have-you.
This isn’t new technology by any means … many already have gone down the road of video on their blogs. But I’m still turning the idea over in my mind.
- Is there anyone out there who would prefer to see my punim talking to them rather than simply reading what I’m writing?
- Is there an application other than video of homes for sale … and if that’s a valid use of the technology, is there a way to do it that isn’t so blatantly salesy?
- Would video make absorption rates seem any more attractive? Or would I need to have video of home inspectors who walk on tile roofs in hand-to-hand combat against those who do not walk on tile roofs … on a tile roof, just for show?
- Should I stop thinking so hard and just make the plunge?
I guess I’m supposed to have some cutesy graphic, per the new rules of blogging set forth during the Bloggers Connect. But it’s almost beer o’clock on a Friday, so that will have to wait until I figure out why I need them.
