Phoenix Real Estate Inventory Update: November 13
Posted on November 13th, 2007 by Jonathan Dalton
A slight decrease in sales over the preceding 30 days with a slight increase of inventory has led to an absorption rate of just over 18 months for this Phoenix real estate inventory update.
One number jumped out - we’re below 10,000 single-family detached homes currently active in Phoenix for the first time in a long while.
I’m cutting analysis of these numbers a bit short in favor of some different numerical analysis that will be posted later today.
As always, click on any of the below communities to see the sales and inventory details for that particular city or town. Also as always, all data is provided by the Arizona Regional MLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
