Surprise Real Estate Under $200,000
Let’s take a quick look at the real estate market in Surprise, a city about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix and 15 minutes from Glendale and the Arrowhead Towne Center.
My first thought was to provide a map of all homes for sale in Surprise for $200,000 or less. This, however, overloaded the system. So I added a few parameters based on what my clients, particularly first-time home buyers, are trying to find:
- At least 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths
- At least 1,000 square feet
- Built since 1995
Many actually are looking for homes even newer but in the grand scheme, a 1995-built home is far from old. Only in Phoenix.
