Among the 100+ property flyers I received today was this beauty …
“Sell Estancia - Drive a New Car”
And I don’t even have to sell the whole subdivision, just one nearly $4 million listing in the middle of the community. If I do this by October 15, I’ll be the proud owner of a BMW Z4.
Oh wait … I wouldn’t be the owner. I’d receive a three-year lease instead.
Damn … I was all set to show and sell the home until I noticed that detail.
Forget the parlor tricks, sellers. Lower the price, lower the price, lower the price.
