This one goes out to the several people I’ve spoken to this week who are looking for a home in the Valley and are working with another agent, but are using my websites’ IDX search to find what they’re looking for.

There’s a chance my clients have done the same, though I tend to think the Phoenix real estate searches I offer here and on my other half-dozen specialty sites are robust enough that there is no compelling need to wander. Not to mention my most serious buyers have their own personal access to a dedicated, personal site with only the listings that match their criteria.

Hopefully these other folks are receiving similar service. If not … if your agent isn’t making it easier for you to find your next home … well, there’s a contact form or two on this site.
