Word Press Rule #1: When in Doubt, Blow Up the Theme
Posted on August 7th, 2007 by Jonathan Dalton
Apparently, with the change to WP 2.2 my right-hand column was showing up on the bottom of the left side on single posts. After having two sets of eyes trying to find a solution over the past two days with no success, I decided to just blow up the theme and start over.
Changes should be minimal, at least visually. You’ll see some baby blue on the blog as I adjust the theme to match my former color scheme. But I have to say, I think having the regular headings on the sidebars without the maroon background looks much cleaner.
I also need to widen the center column to make my absorption rate map appear with the right resolution, but that can wait for another day.

Looks fine to me.

Looks fine to me too…
The map was smaller than I wanted so the magnification wasn’t what I wanted. Except making the change reduced my brain to tapioca and I couldn’t think of the word magnification at the time.
