So this week’s Tuesday stats came out on Friday. And we’re pushing the Friday afternoon music to today. Tomorrow - Father’s Day - I’ve decided I’m going to take the day off from real estate and sit in my parents’ pool.

Though you wouldn’t know it from the silence, or maybe the silence is the hint, it’s been a somewhat busy week. And unlike most busy weeks in this REO-soaked market, this one ended up with two contracts accepted and a new short sale offer both accepted and immediate dropped into limbo as we wait for the bank.

I was all set to drop in some music until I ran into this. As a proud owner of a Terry Tate bobblehead, I can’t resist.
