Looking for a New Web Host

Once reliable Hostcentric has turned the science of domain hosting into a game of Russian roulette. Will my sites be working when I go to them? Will I be able to receive my e-mail? How long will this outage be, three minutes or three hours?
I’m done. D-U-N.
If anyone would like to suggest a reliable host, I’m all ears.

I moved everything to HostGator (70 domains, 39 of them hosted domains) a few months ago. No significant hitches, and I have storage and bandwidth to burn.
I host a dozen or so sites with Site5.com.
I tried six hosts before them. Servers are rarely, if ever, down.
Customer support is pretty responsive and they have a discussion board where most common questions are already answered.
