Phoenix Bank Owned Homes - Done and Done
After much back and forth and a few abandoned attempts to find the best way to present bank owned homes in the Phoenix real estate market, I’ve decided to settle on this:
On the Bank Owned Homes page above is a map to all of the REO properties currently listed through my brokerage, RE/MAX Desert Showcase. Though our numbers are increasing by the day these still represent only a small percentage of the bank owned inventory on the market.
