After mulling over the solution for bank owned homes, I decided we’ll try a daily update approach to the situation. There are a few basic parameters for the search - I’m looking only for single-family detached homes that are either in Maricopa or Pinal counties.

NOTE: Pinal County’s a big place and is largely outside the Phoenix metropolitan area. As a rule, I’ll post the listings in Queen Creek and Maricopa but will leave the rest of Pinal (Casa Grande, Coolidge, Florence, etc.) to those who work in Pinal.

We’re going to try for daily but, as always, this all is schedule dependent.

• 15760 W. Desert Mirage Drive, Surprise
  • 5 bed, 3.5 bath - $311,000
