If you were a real estate agent in a down market, such as the one here in Phoenix, and there’s an agent calling to say he wants to write an offer for a buyer but just wants to make sure there’s nothing else happening on the home … wouldn’t that be a call you ought to take?
And if you’re too busy to take the call, don’t you think it might be worth your time to return the call sometime within the next four or five hours?
Yeah, me too.

Simply amazing. Many sellers select their real estate agents for the wrong reasons and all too often make a bad choice. I would think that seeing whether an agent you are thinking of hiring returns phone calls or emails in a timely manner to *you* would be a good first step in the process.
