New to the Market - February 27
The individual property page for this real estate will be added tomorrow after I have some pictures but here are the details for my latest listing:
1.05 acres in Wittmann. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath manufactured home on parcel conveys in as-is condition. Water, electricity and a septic tank all are on the parcel but have not been connected to the manufactured home. This property is in pre-foreclosure and we’re racing the bank. Priced for a quick sale at $69,000.
(Editor’s note: Some argue a blog isn’t the proper place to promote real estate listings and I respect that opinion. But at the end of the day, my job is to sell property for my clients through any means necessary - even an SEO-friendly blog.
I don’t mind seeing listings promoted on a blog. I’d rather have that than posts that always seem to end with “call us because we’re the greatest agents ever!” We’ll allow others to toot our horn for us - when we’ve earned the praise.)
